Using the iTero® Element intraoral scanner, we'll take photographs, digital X-rays and a digital impression of your teeth. All this data is then transmitted to Invisalign®. Thanks to 3D computer visualization technology, a detailed digital representation of your teeth will be generated.
Planning
Based on your specific needs, Dr. Lavoie will draw up a detailed dental treatment plan. Invisalign® will then use them to design custom-made clear, removable aligners. Each Invisalign® aligner will gradually guide the movement of your teeth into the position recommended by Dr. Lavoie, straightening your teeth.
Treatment
The process involves wearing each plastic aligner for one week, 22 hours per day, before moving on to the next. This orthodontic treatment gradually shifts your teeth to correct alignment.
